3D printing I currrently try to discover the world of 3d-printing, mainly for printing cases for the home automation sensors.

zabbix monitoring I use Zabbix to monitor a zoo of network and other equipment. I develope sensors for some special devices.
virtualization I support customers with their virtualization infrastructure. At most they use Proxmox as I do myself
firewalls and network security I support customers with OPNSense and my own OpenWRT based firewall system
height control on industrial belt furnaces I developed a height control system with Sick light grids, Siemens S7 and nodered to check the filling level of the conveyor belt
energy measurement and monitoring I develope a energy consumption monitoring based on volkszaehler.

Beside that, I’m into other opensource based projects, as storage management, retro gaming or vintage computers. I’m planning to share my knowledge on another website in the forseeable future. Stay tuned.
